- In 2001, Chuck described a new genus and species collected in Perinet, part of a preserve in eastern Madagascar. He named it Falliellus richardi, in honor of Richard Fall, Chairman of the Board of BioQuip Products, who passed away in 2000. Chuck published a revision covering this small (6.8 mm), beautiful buprestid (Bellamy 2001).
