MELATIH KELINCAHAN ATLET SEPAK BOLA MELALUI ZIG-ZAG RUN

Description

Based on observations made at public middle school number 4 Denpasar, especially football extracurricular participants, their body agility levels were low. The aim of carrying out this research is to determine the effects resulting from providing zig-zag runs on agility. The sample consisted of 24 people taken using the Pocock formula based on fulfilling the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research results showed that there was an increase in agility in the treatment group of 1,34 seconds or an increase of 10,74% and an increase in agility in the treatment group of 0,5 seconds or an increase of 3,77%. The conclusion of the research is that zig-zag run training has been proven to increase the body agility of extracurricular participants at public middle school number 4 Denpasar.
