Description
This report presents a guide to selecting high-quality commercial antibodies against Spondin-1 by immunoblot (Western blot) and immunoprecipitation, using a knockout based validation approach. Work reported in this study was supported in part by the Emory-Sage-SGC TREAT-AD center established by the National Institutes of Aging under the award number U54AG065187.
