Description
This article analyzes corruption, the concept of combating corruption, issues of responsibility for corruption-related crimes in developed foreign countries, and their experience in preventing corruption. In particular, the legislative documents of Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand, China, South Korea, Germany, Great Britain, USA, Georgia, Spain and a number of other countries were studied and analyzed.
