The manuscript associated with this GitHub repository will be published on Wellcome Open Research. The paper is entitled "Exploring static and dynamic functional brain networks in adolescent depression using a co-produced novel irritability paradigm".

The analyses undertaken in this study were conducted in MATLAB version R-2022a or in R version 4.2.1. We adapted the publicly available LEiDA code provided by J. Cabral and colleagues on the LEIDA MATLAB Toolbox GitHub: https://github.com/PSYMARKER/leida-matlab. All code used for the LEiDA analysis in this current project is available on this GitHub repository. NM led the LEiDA analysis for this project with assistance from co-authors, AS, JC and LR.
