Analysis of one simulated dataset with R software:

- 1 - Model fit with saemix
- 2 - SIR

- 4 - SAEM_MH with inf=1
- 5 - SAEM_MH with inf=1.5
- 6 - SAEM_MH with inf=2
The Functions folder contains all functions loaded in the scripts, some of them coming from the saemix package and modified.
The Notebook gives a full commented analysis of the dataset.
