Analysis of Teachers' Perceptions of the Benefits of Distance Education

Description

A general screening model was used in this study, which was conducted to analyze teachers' perceptions of the benefits of distance education. The research was conducted in Malatya province in the 2023-2024 academic year. The sample of the research is 360 teachers determined from the universe. The "Benefit Perception of Distance Education" scale developed by Yıldız (2015) was used as a data collection tool in the study. In the analysis of the research data, the significance level was taken as p<0.05 and the analyzes were carried out with the SPSS 24.0 program. As a result of the research, it was found that female teachers' benefit perception level for distance education was higher than male teachers, the benefit perception level for distance education decreased with increasing age, fine arts teachers' benefit perception level for distance education was lower than teachers in other branches, and the increase in education level increased the benefit perception level for distance education.
