Description

Data and code (R programming language) for Shinde et al. Co-occurrence in snake and lizard sister species is unrelated to major ecomorphological traits.

This repository contains data files and phylogenetic trees used to carry out the analyses mentioned in Shinde et al. The code can be used to reproduce the models and also to plot the figures from the main text. Please refer to the main text while using the repository and the R script.

The tree files ton_ultra.tre and zw_ultra.tre are attributed to Tonini et al. (2016) and Zheng & Wiens (2016), respectively.
