Result Highlights of Early 6G Enablers
Description
The 6G BRAINS projects delivers early 6G enablers in the areas: (i) AI-driven multi-agent deep reinforcement learning (DRL) for resource allocation, (ii) novel combination of spectrum links like THz and OWC to enhance capacity, reliability and latency performance, (iii) cross-layer DRL driven resource allocation to support massive connections over device-to-device (D2D) cell-free networks in the sub-6GHz/mmWave/THz/OWC bands, and (iv) high resolution 3D Simultaneous Localization And Mapping (SLAM) with accuracy in the mm-range. This presentation presents a number of these innovations and will touch upon future innovations anticipated by the CENTRIC SNS project which works towards an AI-native, user-centric air interface for 6G networks.
