Description
This article describes the characteristics of the social perception of cooperation between pedagogues of higher education, the cooperation is described by teachers in terms of positive types of relations.
Socio-psychological characteristics of cooperation between pedagogues of university departments (trust, mutual assistance, interaction, consent, communication, association, activity, adaptation) are separately distinguished. The data collected on the basis of the results of the studies and the conducted researches can motivate the selection and application, analysis, systematization and development of diagnostic tools to determine the socio-psychological characteristics of cooperation within the department.
