This deposit contains the necessary scripts reproduce the results in : "An improved version of the Piecewise Parabolic Method advection scheme: description and performance assessment in a bidimensional testcase with stiff chemistry in toyCTM v1.0.", by Sylvain MAILLER, Romain PENNEL, Laurent MENUT, Arineh CHOLAKIAN, submitted to Geosci. Model Dev. (2023) The README gives the steps to reproduce the findings of the above-cited manuscript. This is published as an asset for the review of this manuscript and may be updated later depending of the review process. Please check if an updated version exists. The deposit also contains a copy of toyCTM v1.0.1 so that it should work directly on any computer equipped with Python3 and standard libraries (numpy, matplotlib).
