Key to Anatolian species of subgenus Gomphocerus Thunberg, 1815
1. Frontal carinae distinctly depressed below the antennae and length of the front tibia 2.5–2.77 times of its maximum width in male; tegmina not reaching the tip of the abdomen in female..................................... G. eyluldenizi sp.n.

2. Tegmina surpass the tip of the hind femur and mesosternum and metasternum with a most one circular tubercule in male; tegmina reach or surpass the tip of the hind femur in female............................ G. turcicus stat. n. et sp. rev.
