IMPACTOS POSITIVOS NA PROTEÇÃO DA PROPRIEDADE INTELECTUAL POR MEIO DO DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SISTEMA DE GERENCIAMENTO DE ELABORAÇÃO DE PATENTES

Public management and innovations can be observed through the ways adoption of modernization

actions of the sectors, which may be related to methods, processes and new or modified products. In this sense,

ICT-Information and communication technologies play a fundamental role and its use has been widely

stimulated through research calls, transference of technology transfer and technological innovation. However, it

can be seen that in terms of submission and application of patents to the Technological Innovation Centers is

necessary a mechanism such as a tool that helps to get this goal there are no solutions for this purpose.

Therefore, many sectors could benefit with those from such services. For this reason, a software system was

developed whose main goal objective is to automate a new or a usual existing interaction mechanisms

(processes), adopting, besides that, solutions that makes it possible to accelerate the patent submission filing.

For this reason, three steps composed the methodology used: a detailed analysis of previous material existing

interactions, both by face-to-face and filling the by the filling of forms; writing usage scenarios and testing of

these scenarios with users. As a result, we present the tool, now called SGEP: Patents Management and Writing

System, focused on applications for Invention Patents and Utility Model.
