Sampling localities for the present study of Potamonautes in KwaZulu-Natal Province on the east of South Africa. The collection localities of Potamonautes danielsi sp. n. are indicated by black dots, while those of Potamonautes sidneyi are indicated by white open dots. Sites are indicated by numbers which correspond to localities as follows: (Site 1) Lake Sibaya, (Site 2) Mpophomeni Stream, (Site 3) Hluhluwe, (Site 4) Entumeni, (Site 5) Siyayi, (Site 6) Mhlanga, (Site 7) Oribi Gorge and (Site 8) Mtamvuna.
