Each fungal sequence was assigned to country of origin according to its INSDC entry (or underlying publication as applicable) and then summarized based on the continents: Africa (dark blue), Antarctica (green), Asia (grey), Australia (yellow), Europe (orange), North America (light blue), and South America (blue).
