Description
Figure 2 - The Neighbor-joining trees, based on fragment of nuclear genes histone H3 and 28S, generated under the K2P nucleotide substitution model, of the studied taxa. Branch lengths represent genetic K2P divergences between the taxa according to the scale. Host plants are indicated for those specimens, which were bred from mines. Genetic divergence between Micrurapteryx caraganella and Micrurapteryx gradatella is due to three mutations in the histoneH3 gene (0.92% interspecific distance) and two mutations in the 28S gene (0.20 % interspecific distance).
