МОДЕЛЬ АДАПТИВНОЇ СТРАТЕГІЇ ФАХІВЦЯ

Description

In this article we focus on the relationship between processes of becoming  of 
“self-specialist” image with the periods of professional adaptation that meet certain 
levels of assimilation. These levels include preadaptive (training), initial period  of 
adaptation (reproduction), period of the second  “real”  adaptation (usefulness), 
potential mobility period (satisfaction).
The meaning of professionalization and psychology of working environment 
was revealed. Professionalization of personality causes the development of its “self-specialist”  image formation.  The  “self-specialist”  image considered as a system 
component that integrates personal and professional potential.
Adaptive strategy of specialist determined by subjective level of compliance 
(release  or suppress  of  internal resources) and objective (assign or convert 
environment) elements of adaptation in relation to the degree of match  of his/her
expectations with the real situation, i.e. how close  “basic  self”  and  “situational
self» are.
Model of adaptive strategy of specialist includes strategy of readiness  for
professional activity, strategy of adaptive behavior and strategy of professional self-development. Strategy of readiness to professional activities is capacity and ability 
of the individual to effective action in the working environment that support and 
enhance professional potential, awareness of its competitive advantages.
The strategy of adaptive behavior is ability to constructive entering  into 
industrial and technological process,  to  learn the necessary communication 
algorithms,  to  fit  the system of business and interpersonal relations with team 
members. Strategy of professional self-development is ability to resist the flow of 
everyday life, to see his or her own work in a whole and turn  it into a subject of 
professional self-development.
Professional adaptive strategies  include  cognitive, emotional, behavior, 
reflexive form, and appropriate strategies of resistance to working environment. 
Strategy of professional adaptation is  the  selection between strategy of 
professional environment and strategy of releasing  of one’s own  internal resources 
of the individual development. Proposed model predicts convergence strategy  of 
“basic  self”  and  “situational  self”, resulting in external determination of 
professional adaptation to changing internal world.
