CZI Test Scan for Omero upload

This is a digital histopathology image scanned from a slide using a Zeiss Axioscan scanner.  The file contains a slide header image as well as several detailed scan images.  The image has been uploaded in order to progress a technical query regarding of upload of the image into Omero.  In essence, the problem we are having with this image is that the seperate detailed scan images are appearing in Omero as seperate images while the behaviour we want is for the seperate scan images to be available in Omero as a single 'whole slide' scan that permits zoom and pan through different image detail sections.

Note that the slide image does not contain scan of tissue sections as would normally be the case.  Rather, the scan has been taken of a slide with numbers written directly on the slide.  We believe this should be sufficient to diagnose the technical issue with upload and does not introduce any I.P. or security concerns regarding the content of the file.
