The Diversity of Head Onion (Allium cepa L.) in Azerbaijan Dependent on the Ecological Condition

The variety of onion (Allium cepa L.) collected from the different regions of Azerbaijan have been studied
in comparison with the local cultivars, and the hybrids of "Yerli Khachmaz x Sabir" cultivars compared to
their parents. The variety and a hybrid form have shown higher effects than the parent cultivars.
