What's Changed
This release includes a hotfix for version 0.9.x for the wrong EDISP normalization in pyirf.
To fix existing DL3 files, you can use the script attached to the pyirf 0.10 release here: https://github.com/cta-observatory/pyirf/releases/download/v0.10.0/fix_edisp.py
