Type collections of Lycogala: where are they?

The paper provides data on the location of type collections of 19 species of Lycogala. Data on the type and the author's collections of L. confusum, L. exiguum, and L. fuscoviolaceum, the neotype of L. epidendrum, and also holotypes of 15 recently described species are listed.
