Description

The present dataset include 2-photon calcium imaging data from the mouse CA1 hippocampus. It contains all the data needed to reproduce the figures related to spontaneous recordings (no optogenetic stimulation, Figures 1, 4a and Extended Data Figures 1 and 5).

Each mat file (MATLAB) represents an individual recording session from a field of view. It also contains metadata (e.g. mouse code, depth in pyramidal cell layer).

You can use this code  to reproduce the main graphs and statistics of the paper (Figures 1 and 4a, as well as Extended Data Figures 1 and 5).
