The checklists were published in the manuscript "Community-developed checklists for publishing images and image analysis" (https://arxiv.org/abs/2302.07005).
We present community-developed checklists for preparing light microscopy images and image analysis for publications. Helpful for for authors, readers, and publishers as they give a quick overview of key features on image formatting, annotation, color selection, data availability, and for reporting image analysis workflows.
