The Use of Proteolytic Enzymes Bromelain and Collagenese in Aesthetics and Cosmetology

The medical community has turned to treatment methods based on non-invasive procedures, such as the usage of enzymes. This short review article, we present two significant proteolytic enzymes (proteases): bromelain and collagenese. Their chemical and therapeutic properties and their application on aesthetics and cosmetology are presented as well.
