R codes for the photobleaching step data correction maximum likelihood estimation and two-sample testing of photobleaching step distribution (functions.R and analysis.R files). functions.R file contains functions used for photobleaching step correction. analysis.R file represent the code to run the functions for photobleaching step correction and two-sample testing. Plot_colocalized_spot_intensity.R script is used to make log and rank transformed co-localized spot intensity plots.
