SRCD data of HNF-1A DBD and DD-DBD

Description

SRCD data of two protein constructs from human hepatocyte nuclear factor 1A (HNF-1A, UniProt ID: P20823). Protein construct "DBD" harbors the DNA-binding domain of HNF-1A (residues 83-279). Protein construct "DBD-TAD" harbors the DNA-binding domain and the transactivation domain of HNF-1A (residues 83-631), as well as an N-terminal His-tag with a short linker. DBD-TAD was measured as a TFE titration series (0% - 70% TFE). Data was collected on the AU-CD beamline, ASTRID2 synchrotron (Aarhus, Denmark). The compressed file contains a directory with separate folders for SRCD raw files (baseline and sample scans), processed subtracted data files, and information regarding methodology and sample details.
