30. Metaphoxus fultoni (Scott, 1890)

Type locality: Firth of Clyde, Scotland.

Synonyms: Parametaphoxus fultoni (Scott, 1890); Phoxocephalus chelatus Della Valle, 1893; Phoxocephalus fultoni Scott, 1890.

Distribution. World: Scotland (Scott 1890), France (Dauvin 1999), North Atlantic Ocean (Bellan-Santini & Costello 2001), Bay of Biscay (Bachelet et al. 2003), Ireland (Guiry & Guiry 2011), India (Thilagavathi et al. 2013).

India: South India Ecoregion: Tamil Nadu (Thilagavathi et al. 2013); Eastern India Ecoregion: Tamil Nadu (Thilagavathi et al. 2013).

Remarks: Report from India requires confirmation.
