D2.4 Continuous data privacy legislation compliance monitoring and guidelines – interim version

The purpose of this report is to showcase the most significant legal developments concerning the SMEs’ and MEs’ compliance with the GDPR from 1 June 2021 to date, in the framework of the SENTINEL project. The report summarises the most important legal developments concerning SMEs' compliance with the GDPR, in the light of the EU’s legislation, the EDPB's Directives and Opinions and the Decisions of the National Supervisory Authorities.
