VPPLT 974, VPPLT 1588. Photos of UCMP 39270 (holotype) kindly provided by D. Croft. Photos of casts of IGM 183282, IGM 183544, IGM 184019,TATAC 1, and TATAC 2 (McKenna 1956; Cifelli & Villarroel 1997).
