The spots of triacylglycerol (TAG), diacylglycerol (DAG) and free fatty acids (FFA) are separated in TLC plate (C) Total TAG content of yeast H1246 cells expressed with full-length (SbDGAT1-1 and SbDGAT1-2) and truncated variants (SbDGAT1-1(39-515) and SbDGAT1-1(89-515)).
