  • 1. RMIT University

Description

Keynote of case report

A dress code from primary schooling to PhD schooling is still not standardized globally. Defence schooling strictly follows dress code. A dress code of student and professors should be standardized globally. Author faced critical situation due to lacking dress code standardization during his PhD schooling and professional journey in home and abroad. Sometimes Author confused regarding professor’s motivation about right dress code in university level. Dress code may be controlled by the university norms, it should not be officially controlled by professor norms in university level. There is also lacking dress code in different private and public organization when the technology of fashion and textiles is being rapidly upgraded. There is huge research scope of dress code standardization all over the world. In this report, dress of male and female professor/PhD holders/executive engineers have been discussed by the practical journey of author (Md. Anowar Hossain) in different academic schooling, universities, textile industries in different countries like Bangladesh, India, China, Australia, Nigeria. Under the present development of fashion and textiles; maximum male professor, Dr., textile engineers, Chief executive officers are choosing shirt and long pants as formal dress. Maximum female professor, Dr., textile engineers, Chief executive officers are choosing salwar, kameez and orna. Male author faced both professional harassment and academic harassment, academic motivation, professional motivation in his professional and acdemic journey since 1995 to 2023. This report is also an evidence of Author’s professional and academic journey in home and abroad. There is also explanation and evidence regarding my life-threarening investigation in Australia. I complained to Professor (Dr.) Alec cameron, Vice Chancellor, RMIT University, Australia about the active involvement of Professor (Dr.) Rajiv Padhye. This report may be beneficial for student community, professor community, executive engineers, human resource professionals, brain scientists, professionals of behavir our science, professionals of criminology all over the world. Psychophysics of human brain is very interesting. There is huge scope of research and development for the peace in academic and professional journey.
