This is the second issue of a series of articles that intend to report an updated check-list of species and subspecies of the continental mollusks from the family Cyclophoridae J.E. Gray, 1847 from around the world. The subfamily Alycaeinae J.E. Gray, 1850 is illustrated and commented, including the species from the four genera that are allocated to it, and which have been recently attributed to this subfamily on the basis of molecular data. The currently debated taxonomic status of the genus Dioryx Benson, 1859 is further discussed.
