Description

10. Phycodes radiata (Ochsenheimer, 1808a: 5) (Chimaera)

= Phycodes hirudinicornis Guenée, 1852: 389 (TL: East Indies).

= Tegna hyblaeella Walker, 1866: 1810 (TL: Nepal).

= Phycodes tertiana Diakonoff, 1978 (TL: E. Afganistan).

Type locality: Austria [=error, India!].

Distribution in India: Bihar, (Pusa) New Delhi, Punjab (Gurdaspur), North India, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra. Global records: Afghanistan, Austria, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Iran (Dabhi et al. 2021; Kallies 2004; Sondhi et al. 2022).
