Description
* Asplenium boltonii Hook. ex Brause & Hieronymus (1910: 8).
Lectotype (designated by Pichi Sermolli 1983a: 133:— SOUTH AFRICA. Grahamstown, J. Bolton s.n. (K000229227!); J.F.Drège s.n. (isolectotypes K000229228! and K000229229!).
New record for Rwanda:— Western Province: Nyungwe NP, Cyamudongo Forest, forest floor in montane forest, elev. 1889 m, S2°33`21.65`` E28°59`09.12``, 30 December 2016, E.Fischer s.n. (KOBL).
Habitat: —Forest floor in montane forest, elev. 1889 m.
Distribution in Rwanda:—Western Province: Cyamudongo Forest.
General distribution: —Africa: D.R. Congo, Kenya, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Mozambique, S Africa. Also in Réunion.
