Description

This preprint describes an effort to instruct people on the benefits and the process of making resources FAIR through Bring Your Own Data (BYOD) workshops. This work describes how the BYODs, which we have organised and participated in since 2014, have evolved into three different structures that are aimed at different learning goals and audiences, namely: data, management, and software-focused BYODs.This manuscript has been submitted for publication and it is currently under review.
