Newly generated sequences are in bold. Panaeolus punjabensis M. Asif, Q. Firdous, A. Izhar, Niazi & Khalid sp. nov. (LAH36793, T = Type specimen) is referring to the holotype. Bootstrap values> 80% and Bayesian posterior probabilities> 0.7 are shown above the branches.
