Fig. 4. Neuroprotective effects against (A) Glu-induced and (B) OGD-induced SK-N-SH cell death of compounds isolated from C. coccineum subsp. songaricum. Donepezil (10 μM) or samples pretreated the cells for up to 1 h in a1/b1 subsets, whereas in a2/b2 subsets, donepezil (3 μM) or samples pretreated the cells for up to 4 h. The viability rate indicated a mean ± SD (n = 3), calculated as (ODOD)/(ODOD) × 100% with #P <0.05, ##P
