The purpose of this paper is to propose the possibility that relativity and quantum mechanics could be unified. In order to do this, a reference frame is developed. The reference frame proposed in this paper is a particular type of motion which is described as fundamental to every mass. Using this as a foundation, pilot-wave theory is then used to confirm and make predictions for the quantum realm. Further improvements are needed however to show how this fundamental motion is connected to massive objects and objects in non-euclidean space, but overall the paper serves as an introduction to this idea.
