PyPOTS: A Python Toolbox for Data Mining on Partially-Observed Time Series

In this new version, we

1. increased the number of supported datasets from 165 to 168;
2. added keyboard interrupt handler for downloading process;
3. updated dataset profiles;
4. again fixed updated download links of UCR&UEA datasets in v0.0.9;
