This repository hosts datasets generated using the GRPM system, a modular resource specifically designed to integrate and analyze genetic polymorphism data related to specific biomedical subjects in literature.

Contents:

1. `grpm_dataset.zip`: This archive contains the GRPM Dataset, which is a comprehensive collection of genetic polymorphism data associated with various biomedical-related traits. It serves as a valuable resource for researchers and provides insights into the genetic factors underlying these traits.

2. `grpm_surveys.zip`: The GRPM Surveys archive includes a curated collection of genetic polymorphisms specifically related to nutrigenetics. These polymorphisms are extracted and filtered from the GRPM Dataset based on selected MeSH terms associated with nutrition-related traits. This collection is particularly useful for researchers and nutritionists interested in exploring the genetic aspects of personalized nutrition interventions.

In addition to the datasets, the repository includes essential files for running the software and reproducing the results of GRPM Surveys:
