Description
The framework presented in this paper allows real-time monitoring of first responders’ vital signs in emergency and disaster operations. Moreover, it will allow inference of first responders’ cognitive load in real time, with the aim of adapting the information provided according to his/her assimilation capabilities under stressful situations.
