- Botulinum Toxin: Botulinum toxin, commonly known as Botox, is used for various medical purposes. It is primarily used in cosmetic procedures to reduce the appearance of wrinkles by temporarily paralyzing facial muscles. Botox is also used to treat certain medical conditions such as chronic migraines, muscle spasms, overactive bladder, and excessive sweating.
