Mixed layer depth seasonality modulates summertime SST variability in the Southern Ocean

This repository contains analysis code and processed data described in "Mixed layer depth seasonality modulates summertime SST variability in the Southern Ocean" (accepted July 2023). The repository is organized into the directories:

`\input`: stores data files (in NetCDF) used by analysis scripts

`\code`: contains Python notebooks and scripts for analysis and plotting. The code for each figure is split into individual notebooks.

`\figures`: contains figures generated by analysis code

`\output`: stores processed output generated by analysis code
