TWO-PHASE METHOD OF DETERMINING THE EFFECTIVE CONDUCTIVITY OF THE ENVIRONMENT

Определены зависимости относительной эффективной проводимости  двухфазной гетерогенной среды Bi2Te3-Sb2Te3 от объёмной доли  низкопроводящей фазы в отсутствие  межгранульных поверхностных особенностей для разных значений  факторов деполяризации n1  и n2.

Показано, что в зависимости от выбора значений  (n1¹n2)  появляются особенности, так называемые «скачки»  при n1>n2   и «полочки» при n1<n2, исчезающие при n1=n2.

ANNOTATION

The dependences of the relative effective conductivity  of the two-phase heterogeneous Bi2Te3-Sb2Te3 medium on the volume fraction  of the low-conducting phase in the absence of intergranular surface features for different values of the depolarization factors n1 and n2 are determined.

It is shown that, depending on the choice of the values (n1¹n2), features appear, the so-called “jumps” with n1>n2 and “shelves” with n1 <n2, disappearing with n1 = n2. The areas of appearance of an abrupt change (“jump”) in conductivity are sensitive to the shape of ellipsoids, i.e. to the magnitude of their depolarization factors.

Bi2Te3-Sb2Te3 ikki fazali geterogen muhit nisbiy samaraviy o‘tkazuvchanligining  past o’tkazuvchanlik fazaning hajmiy ulushiga bog‘lanishi aniqlangan. n1¹n2 shartda bog‘lanishning tabiati o‘zgarishi tahlil etilgan: n1>n2  g‘ayri oddiy «sakrab o‘zgarish»   va n1<n2 shartda esa  «zinasimon» bog‘lanishining kuzatilishi va n1=n2 shartda bnday g‘ayri oddiy o‘zgarishlarning yo‘qolishi aniqlangan.
