OS in Horizon Europe and research assessment reform

Module 2.1 of the webinar "Open Science in Horizon Europe and research assessment reform", held on 5 July 2023 as part of the course "News and insights from Open Science, and how to exploit them in your scientific work" held for MSCA-ITN SMART-X.

This presentation highlighted open science practices within the Horizon Europe funding stream, both at the project proposal stage and in the fulfillment of mandates during funded research activities. Some basic concepts and the main criticisms of the use of bibliometric indices in research evaluation were also introduced.
