Description

This deliverable summarizes the main results concerning the effects of the dietary substitution of conventional ingredients with alternative protein sources, namely microalgae meal from VAXA, insect meal from Mutatec and single-cell proteins meal from Arbiom, “SylPro”, on productive traits, physiological indicators, gut health and product quality in Atlantic salmon.
