Description
This Zenodo collection comprises an R-Markdown file containing the code used for the multifrequency analysis of the AZFP data from the multidisciplinary drift observatory in the Central Arctic Ocean (MOSAiC) as well as the datasets used by the script.
The resulting plots and analytical results were presented in the publication"Sea-ice decline could keep zooplankton deeper for longer" by H. Flores, G. Veyssiere et al, published in Nature Climate Change (2023).
