vamos: variable-number tandem repeats annotation using efficient motif sets
Description
The original/efficient motif sets for 390,115 VNTR loci constructed from 148 haplotype-resolved HPRC + HGSVC assemblies (10.1101/2022.07.09.499321, 10.1126/science.abf7117).
The vamos annotations for 148 HPRC + HGSVC assemblies using original motif and efficient motif sets (q=0.1).
Source code of vamos (1.1.0) for generation of the HPRC + HGSVC annotations and the latest version (1.2.6) as of the publication date.
