Description

This record contains demo FIB-SEM raw data and segmentation masks for the protocol paper:

Müller et al. A modular protocol for segmentation, spatial analysis, and visualization of volume electron microscopy datasets

It contains

- `high_c1_source.tif` raw FIB-SEM stack (16nm^3 resolution) of a mouse pancreatic cell
- `data_golgi` volumetric training data for golgi segmentation
- `data_granules` volumetric training data for secretory granule segmentation
- `high_c1` input folder with segmentation masks for cellsketch
- `mycell.n5` input folder for spatial analysis and visualization
