Evolution of a minimal cell

Version 1.1, created just prior to publication, includes: - fixed headers and formatting within and across files for consistency - minor modifications to annotations for easier interpretation - removed some extra chunks of code that did not end up being part of publication - no modification to data, statistics, or figures
